What is S.A.L.T.?
At Impact, our strategy is to engage the community with the gospel, equip them in God’s word, and empower them to bring Jesus to the people around them. The School of Applied Leadership Training is a unique leadership development process that helps to address our mission by equipping our emerging leaders. If you’re currently and consistently serving in ministry, this is the next step for you! The steps of involvement in SALT include:
1. Serving in a ministry
2. Have the ministry leader nominate you
3. Fill out an application
